What we make

These are not general-purpose robots. They are dedicated machines for repeated handling and welding steps inside color steel, sandwich panel and steel-profile production.

  • Rock wool placement
  • Panel line transfer
  • C/Z purlin stacking
  • Steel component welding

Featured machine · 41-second video

See the panel pickup, turnover and stacking sequence.

The automatic gantry flipping and stacking machine uses a four-axis servo gantry and 24-cup vacuum frame to handle 4–15 m polyurethane (PU) sandwich, corrugated and cleanroom panels, with panel thicknesses of 50–200 mm at the end of a production line.

Actual CSM machine footage. The video shows the coordinated gantry, lifting frame, conveyors and turnover section; final tooling and timing are configured for each line.

Rock wool handling

Automate the repetitive placement step.

The PPT baseline supports 950 and 1150 mm material formats, 50–200 mm thickness and an operating speed of approximately 420 m/h. Final end tooling and interface dimensions are matched to the production line.

Prototype evidence

The hero follows this actual equipment structure.

The green rail frame, orange multi-axis carriage, cable chains and pneumatic end tooling are taken from the manufacturer’s machine prototype.

Machine focus 02

Automatic C/Z Purlin StackerReceive formed sections from the line and organize them for downstream handling.

Profile handling

Stack long sections in a controlled sequence.

The turnover-arm stacking arrangement is matched to C- or Z-section dimensions, discharge height, bundle logic and conveyor arrangement. The aim is a stable handoff from forming to collection—not a one-size-fits-all robot cell.

01 / FEEDING SERIES

Material feeding and placement

Move rock wool or panel materials into the production flow using a gantry, articulated robot or integrated feeding system.

02 / STACKING SERIES

Panel and profile stacking

Receive products from the line, align them and prepare consistent stacks for transfer or storage.

Dedicated component welding

Purpose-built fixtures and welding sequences for repetitive steel-structure components.

Line solutions

Connect stacking to PE wrapping.

A proposed sandwich-panel end-of-line arrangement: position the panel, set its face orientation, build the stack and transfer the complete bundle inline to a PE wrapper.
